Terms of Catering Service

At NOIR, we strive to deliver a seamless experience that reflects our standard of excellence. Please review the following terms and conditions before booking:

Booking

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
• Advance booking is required at least 48 hours prior to the requested service.

Payment

• Full-service payment must be settled no later than 24 hours before the event.

Usage Policy

• Service is for adults only – children must not handle the cart.

Equipment Responsibility

• Any damage caused to equipment by guests will incur charges.

Ingredients

• For quality assurance, only NOIR ingredients may be used.

Delivery

• For orders outside Doha, an additional delivery fee applies, subject to handling limitations.

Dietary Requirements

• Guests must inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Staffing

• Requests for additional staff are subject to extra charges.

Service Duration

• Catering service is available for up to 4 hours.

Extended Service

• Additional time is charged at 300 QAR per hour.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• A one-time date change is permitted.
• Please notify us of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.
